General & Booking FAQs

Will I see results after one treatment?

1

You may notice changes such as reduced puffiness, a lighter feeling, or more defined-looking contours after one session. Results vary from person to person, and some changes are temporary. Consistency is key to maintaining and building results.

How many treatments should I get?

2

For BLD, a series of 3–5 treatments can be a great starting point, followed by maintenance as needed. For body-contouring treatments, a starting series of 3–4 sessions is recommended, with frequency personalized to your goals and response.

What are the enhancements for?

3

Enhancements are optional and are designed to complement your treatment. Wood Therapy can be incorporated with manual techniques to support circulation and body contouring, while the Infrared Sauna Bag provides gentle warmth before or after your treatment and enhances the overall wellness experience.

How do I maintain my results?

4

Hydration, movement, following your personalized aftercare, and maintaining a consistent treatment schedule can help support your results. Think of lymphatic treatments as part of an ongoing wellness routine rather than a one-time fix.

Are results guaranteed?

6

No. Every body responds differently. Your results can be influenced by hydration, lifestyle, health history, fluid retention, treatment frequency, and individual response. Treatments are intended to support your body's natural processes—not replace medical care.
