    •   Pre-Booking: Packages must be purchased in full to receive the discounted rate.

    •   Scheduling: Book sessions in advance — some treatments (like chemical peels and microneedling) are most effective when performed every 4–6 weeks.

    •   Cancellations/Rescheduling: Please give at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

    •   Late Cancellations or Missed Appointments: Any cancellation made within 48 hours of your appointment or a missed appointment will result in a 50% charge of that scheduled service or loss of that session in the package.

    •   Packages: All package sessions must be used within 3-6 months of purchase, depending on the package; they are non-transferable and non-refundable.
