A Registered Massage Therapist studied at MacEwan University (2200-hour program, 2021–2023). After working in a clinic for a year,

I started RHE Studio, a home-based wellness and beauty space where I combine therapeutic massage, advanced facial & skin treatments, and brow & lash services.

I’ve also completed advanced skin treatment training, allowing me to customize every facial to your unique needs — whether it’s hydration, anti-aging, acne care, or brightening. My goal with every client is simple: to help you feel better, look better, and leave feeling restored.

RHE Studio Policy

  • Deposit Required: All appointments bbooked online will be charged 40% deposit at the time of booking.

  • Card on File: A valid credit or debit card must be kept on file to secure all appointments. Your card will only be charged if our cancellation, rescheduling, no-show, or late-arrival policies are violated. By booking, you authorize RHE Studio to charge your card under these conditions.

  • Cancellations: Check out our categories below for each policies.

  • Rescheduling: Each appointment may be rescheduled once only with a 48-hour notice. Rescheduling within 48 hours will incur a 50% charge of the service booked. Same-day reschedules and Second-time reschedules are not permitted and will be treated as last-minute cancellations.

  • No-Shows: Failure to show up for your appointment without notice will result in a 100% charge of the service booked. Future appointments may also require full prepayment.

  • Late Arrivals: If you are late, your session may be shortened at full price. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may result in cancellation and a 100% charge for the booked service.

  • Payments: All balances must be paid in full at the time of service.

  • Refund Policy: All deposits and payments are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances. Credits may only be applied at the owner's discretion.

  • Repeated Violations: Two late cancellations or no-shows, clients will no longer be permitted to book online. Future appointments will require full prepayment and approval before booking, and the cancellation policy will be strictly enforced.

Important Note:

Visitor & Dog Policy

To ensure the safety of all clients, staff, and Luna, only scheduled clients are allowed during sessions. Guests, friends, or family members should not attend appointments unless pre-approved.

Luna is fully vaccinated, friendly with clients she knows, but she is a reactive dog. I cannot watch her closely if anyone other than the scheduled client is present. For this reason, if you have an appointment with a family member or friend, I highly suggest they wait in the car or not come together, as this is a home-based business and we do not have a waiting area.

Any minor incidents, like playful nips or pinches, are not considered dangerous, but clients should seek medical attention if needed. The studio is not responsible for medical costs if studio rules are not followed.

Cancellation Policy & Additional Informations

At RHE Studio, appointment times are reserved exclusively for each client. Last-minute changes prevent the opportunity to rebook that time. For this reason, the following policies are strictly enforced with no exceptions.

  • Returning massage clients may book directly by message or book online for easier access to available dates.

    New massage clients must book online and NO deposit required when booking online.

    (A returning massage client is defined as someone who has completed at least one massage session and has a card on file.)

    • A minimum of 2 days(48 hours) ‍notice is required to cancel or reschedule.

    Cancellations made within 48 hours will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

    • Last-minute cancellations/No shows made within 24 hours will be charged 100% of the service booked.

    Appointment Considerations:

    • Please arrive showered and in clean clothing. RHE Studio reserves the right to refuse service if hygiene is not adequate; this will be treated as a late cancellation (charged at 100% of the service booked).

    • Please arrive on time. Late arrivals will result in a shortened session without a price adjustment.

    • New clients must complete an intake & consent form prior to treatment.

    • Please disclose any injuries, medical conditions, or recent surgeries before your appointment.

    • Massage therapy is for therapeutic purposes only. Inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of the session with full charge.

    Before Your Appointment:

    • Clients are responsible for verifying their massage therapy coverage with their insurance provider.

    • Please confirm:

      • If Massage Therapy is covered

      • Your remaining coverage amount

      • If a doctor’s note or referral is required

      • Whether your plan allows direct billing

    Direct Billing:

    • If your provider supports direct billing, we will submit the claim on your behalf.

    • If the claim is partially approved, the remaining balance must be paid at the end of the appointment.

    • If the claim is denied, the full treatment cost becomes the client’s responsibility.

    Plans That Do Not Support Direct Billing:

    • If your insurance provider does not allow direct billing, full payment is required after your session.

    • An official receipt will be provided so you can submit the claim yourself for reimbursement.

    Client Responsibility:

    • Clients are responsible for ensuring their insurance information is accurate and up to date.

    • Any unpaid balances resulting from incorrect information, claim denials, or exhausted benefits remain the client’s responsibility.

    Late Cancellations / No Shows:

    • Insurance cannot be billed for missed appointments.

    • Our cancellation policy still applies.

    Privacy & Compliance:

    • All insurance claims are submitted under Registered Massage Therapy services in accordance with professional and insurance provider guidelines.

  • • A minimum of 3 days (72 hours) notice is required to cancel or reschedule.

    • A 40% deposit is required at the time of booking. Deposits are non-refundable AND applied toward your appointment and help secure your reserved time.

    • Reschedules made within the 3 day window results in a new deposit to be paid.

    • Last-minute cancellations/No shows made within 24 hours will be charged 100% of the service booked.

    Appointment Considerations:

    • Please arrive with a clean face, free of makeup when possible.

    • Inform your provider of any active acne medications, retinoids, recent peels, microneedling, or injectables.

    • Some treatments may involve temporary redness, peeling, or sensitivity. Downtime will be discussed prior to treatment.

    • Results vary and may require a series of treatments for optimal outcomes.

  • • A minimum of 2 days (48 hours) notice is required to cancel or reschedule.

    • A minimum of 3 days (72 hours) notice is required to cancel or reschedule.

    • A 40% deposit is required at the time of booking. Deposits are non-refundable AND applied toward your appointment and help secure your reserved time.

    • Reschedules made within the 48 hour window results in a new deposit to be paid.

    • Last-minute cancellations/No shows made within 24 hours will be charged 100% of the service booked.

    Additional Information:

    • Cash Only: Lash and brow services are CASH only.

    • Non-Refundable Deposit: All deposits and service payments are final and non-refundable, including if you cancel or reschedule outside of policy terms.

    Lash Extensions

    1. Clean Lashes: Arrive with lashes completely free of mascara, oils, or residue. Non-compliance may shorten your service time.

    2. Fill Policy: Fills must be booked within the timeframe advised (typically 2-3 weeks). Excessive loss or poor retention will be treated as a full set at full price.

    3. No Foreign Fills: RHE Studio does not perform fills on lashes applied elsewhere.

    4. Refusal of Service: If lashes are not suitable for a fill, or hygiene is inadequate, the appointment may be refused and charged as per cancellation policy.

    Brow Services:

    1. Avoid Products: Avoid retinol, AHAs, BHAs, or harsh exfoliants 3 days before your appointment.

    2. Clean Brows: Arrive with brows free of makeup or oils.

    3. Refusal of Service: If contraindications or hygiene concerns are present, service may be refused and full charges apply.
