A Registered Massage Therapist studied at MacEwan University (2200-hour program, 2021–2023). After working in a clinic for a year,
I started RHE Studio, a home-based wellness and beauty space where I combine therapeutic massage, advanced facial & skin treatments, and brow & lash services.
I’ve also completed advanced skin treatment training, allowing me to customize every facial to your unique needs — whether it’s hydration, anti-aging, acne care, or brightening. My goal with every client is simple: to help you feel better, look better, and leave feeling restored.

RHE Studio Policy
(By booking an appointment, you confirm that you have read and agree to these policies)
Deposit Required: All appointments require a 25% deposit to secure your booking. Appointments without deposits will not be held.
Card on File: A valid credit or debit card must be kept on file to secure all appointments. Your card will only be charged if our cancellation, rescheduling, no-show, or late-arrival policies are violated. By booking, you authorize RHE Studio to charge your card under these conditions.
Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your appointment will be charged 100% of the service booked. This applies regardless of the reason, including illness, emergencies, or unforeseen events.
Rescheduling: Each appointment may be rescheduled once only with a 48 hours' notice. Rescheduling within 48 hours will incur a 50% charge of the service booked. Additional reschedules require a new booking and deposit.
No-Shows: Failure to show up for your appointment without notice will result in a 100% charge of the service booked. Future appointments may also require prepayment in full.
Late Arrivals: If you are late, your session may be shortened at full price. Arrivals later than 15 minutes may result in cancellation and a 100% charge of the service booked.
Payments: All balances must be paid in full at the time of service.
Refund Policy: All deposits and payments are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances. Credits may only be applied at the owner's discretion.
Important Note:
Visitor & Dog Policy
To ensure the safety of all clients, staff, and Luna, only scheduled clients are allowed during sessions. Guests, friends, or family members should not attend appointments unless pre-approved.
Luna is fully vaccinated, friendly with clients she knows, but she is a reactive dog. I cannot watch her closely if anyone other than the scheduled client is present. For this reason, if you have an appointment with a family member or friend, I highly suggest they wait in the car or not come together, as this is a home-based business and we do not have a waiting area.
Any minor incidents, like playful nips or pinches, are not considered dangerous, but clients should seek medical attention if needed. The studio is not responsible for medical costs if studio rules are not followed.

Hygiene: Please arrive showered and in clean clothing. RHE Studio reserves the right to refuse service if hygiene is not adequate; this will be treated as a late cancellation (charged at 100% of the service booked).
Health Information: Inform your therapist of all current conditions, injuries, or medications. Undisclosed contraindications may result in refusal of service.
Insurance: Ensure your insurance coverage is active prior to your appointment. RHE Studio is not responsible for denied claims. ++ Please note that clients are responsible for confirming their individual coverage details prior to their appointment. As RHE Studio is a single-practitioner business, we are unable to verify coverage amounts or eligibility on behalf of clients, and at times, it may not be possible to find the extra time to double-check coverage for clients. Any remaining balance not covered by your insurance plan will be the client’s responsibility and is due at the time of service.

Pre-Treatment Prep: Arrive with clean skin, free of makeup, SPF, and heavy skincare products.
Avoid Products: Avoid active skincare (retinol, AHAs, BHAs, scrubs, or exfoliants) at least 3 days before your appointment.
Non-Refundable: All advanced facial services are non-refundable once performed.
Contraindications: Failure to disclose contraindications may result in a refusal of service at full charge.
Cash Only: Lash and brow services are CASH only.
Deposit: A $20 non-refundable deposit is required via e-transfer to info@rhestudio.ca at time of booking. Appointments without a deposit are not confirmed.
Non-Refundable: All deposits and service payments are final and non-refundable, including if you cancel or reschedule outside of policy terms.
Late & No-Show Charges: The general booking policies above apply to all lash and brow services.
Lash & Brow Appointments
Lash Extensions
Clean Lashes: Arrive with lashes completely free of mascara, oils, or residue. Non-compliance may shorten your service time.
Fill Policy: Fills must be booked within the timeframe advised (typically 2-3 weeks). Excessive loss or poor retention will be treated as a full set at full price.
No Foreign Fills: RHE Studio does not perform fills on lashes applied elsewhere.
Cash Only & Non-Refundable: All lash extension services are cash only and non-refundable.
Refusal of Service: If lashes are not suitable for a fill, or hygiene is inadequate, the appointment may be refused and charged as per cancellation policy.
Brow Services
Avoid Products: Avoid retinol, AHAs, BHAs, or harsh exfoliants 3 days before your appointment.
Clean Brows: Arrive with brows free of makeup or oils.
Cash Only & Non-Refundable: All brow services are cash only and non-refundable.
Refusal of Service: If contraindications or hygiene concerns are present, service may be refused and full charges apply.
